I ran:
SS Necro (me)
SS Necro (Master)
Reaper's Mark Necro (Livia)
Jagged Bones MM (Olias)
Herta
Cynn
Mhenlo
Other Healer Monk Chick Lady that I don't remember.
Works great in most areas. The necromancers didn't even use thier secondaries for anything other than Glyph of Lesser Energy, Res Chant, or Leech Sig/Power Drain. (These builds also work in Slaver's Exile!)
If you would like, I'll load up thier builds again and screenshot it for ya tomorrow.
Also, what is your primary?

1. hexes dont stack and your heroes will probably all end up casting SS on the same target.
2. RH is AoE and expensive. they wont use it right on their own, but if you disable it and cycle it for them they might.
3. Wells dont stack, bring different wells.
4. ressurect sucks, get a different perma-rez
my opinion: the builds are to similar and will end up covering each other up. less effective than 3 separate builds. if you want to use 3 necro heroes try MM, SS, SV, and maybe a Barbs/MoP.

Heroes do not stack hexes incorrectly. This is for the same reason that they can reapply hexes on target foes flawlessly without overriding; they know what hexes are on who and when. Reckless Haste is a perfectly fine skill to use as long as you have a minion master in your party to activate soul reaping as much as possible (within the 15 second limit).
Include skills such as Suffering, Ulcerous Lungs (with Jagged Horrors), Enfeebling Blood, Meekness, and Faintheartedness. I realize the last two skills slow down the attack speed of enemies, but they will still be taking damage fast enough, since 3+ foes will have SS on them. Between the degeneration from Reaper's Mark and the AoE from Spiteful, mobs drop realitively fast. The defense with all the melee hate is wonderful.
If you are going to run a hex pressure, make sure you have some kind of skill that will help negate elemental damage, as this will rip your heroes in half. SoR monks are great since they have the +40 armor addition.

5 Searing Flames Ele's, a Paragon (They're on Fire), and 2 Monks is still the broken build of the century. And people complain that MM's are easy mode... HAH.
